Terms of Use for the E-Bill Platform

Please read these terms carefully. This section outlines the general rules governing the use of the platform and its related services.

First: Acceptance of Terms

By using the E-Bill platform, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, you must stop using the system.

Second: Service Description

E-Bill is a software platform for managing:

  • Subscribers
  • Readings
  • Invoices
  • Payments
  • Financial reports

The platform is an operations management tool and is not a party to the contractual relationship between the user and their subscribers.

Third: Eligibility

The user must have legal capacity and must comply with the laws applicable in the country where they use the system.

Fourth: Accounts and Permissions

The user bears full responsibility for:

  • The confidentiality of login credentials
  • All activities carried out through their account
  • Managing employee permissions within the system.

Fifth: User Responsibilities

The user agrees to:

  • Enter accurate and correct data
  • Use the system for lawful purposes only
  • Refrain from using the platform for any illegal activities

Sixth: Limitation of Liability

The platform is not responsible for:

  • The accuracy of data entered by the user
  • Financial disputes between the user and their subscribers
  • Any losses resulting from misuse
  • 100% uninterrupted service availability cannot be guaranteed

Seventh: Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights related to the platform are reserved.
It is not permitted to:

  • Copy the system
  • Resell the system
  • Exploit it commercially without written permission

Eighth: Electronic Payment Operations

  • Payment Gateway: E-Bill provides electronic payment services for invoices and subscriptions through integration with the Hi5Pay gateway. Your use of this service constitutes acceptance of the relevant payment gateway terms and conditions.
  • Data Accuracy: The user is required to enter the correct invoice number and mobile number associated with their e-wallet to complete the transaction successfully. The system is not responsible for any amounts transferred in error due to incorrect data entry by the user.
  • Instant Confirmation: Upon completion of a payment via Hi5Pay, the invoice status in E-Bill is automatically and instantly updated to "Paid." If a technical issue prevents automatic updating, the user must contact technical support and provide their electronic payment receipt.
  • Fees: Electronic payment transactions may be subject to additional service fees, which will be disclosed to the user prior to confirming the payment.

Ninth: Account Suspension or Termination

The platform reserves the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of a violation of these terms or misuse of the system.

Tenth: Termination of Use

The user may stop using the platform at any time. Upon termination, some data may be retained for legal or regulatory purposes.

Eleventh: Amendments

The platform may amend these terms at any time. Continued use of the system constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
